Full payment for the service should be made before departure upon delivery of the invoice, except in the case of business clients, which may pay after the completion of the service in accordance with the agreed payment conditions.
As regards bookings made at least 15 days in advance of the date on which the service is performed, payment of 50% of the total value of the service should be done at the time of the booking. The other 50% should be paid prior to departure.
It is not allowed to smoke inside LucasBus vehicles as well as to consume alcoholic beverages.
The consumption of food and non-alcoholic beverages inside LucasBus vehicles requires prior approval of the driver.
LucasBus takes no responsibility for delays caused by situations outside its control, such as traffic jams, traffic accidents, bad weather, and police control operations.
It is required to both wear seat belt and use special chairs for children (provided by LucasBus) inside LucasBus vehicles.
LucasBus has own damage insurance with coverage for personal accident and civil liability for all passengers and their luggage.
In case of extra large luggage or particular sports equipment (golf, surfing, body boarding, skiing, etc.) LucasBus should be informed at the time of booking in order to assess the capacity to carry it. In these cases, it may be charged an additional baggage fee.
In the service Transfer the LucasBus driver can be identified at the arrivals (airport/station/port) holding a white rectangular plate with LucasBus logo in black.
